1. Overview
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscriptions to Citora(the "Service"), operated by Nukes AI & Software Solution("Company," "we," or "us"), can be cancelled and how refunds are handled. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Start with the free plan — no card required
Every account starts on the Free plan ($0) with no credit card and no time limit, and anyone can run our public audit before signing up. We encourage you to evaluate the Service on the Free plan first so you can decide with confidence before you pay for a subscription. There is no free trial on paid plans — paid plans are billed from the first cycle.
3. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time, self-serve, from Dashboard → Billing. No email or phone call is required.
- Cancellation stops the automatic renewal of your plan. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access to your tier's features until then.
- At the end of the paid period your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is retained per our Terms (30 days before permanent deletion, or as required by law), so you can export it or re-subscribe.
- Cancelling does not generate a refund for the current or any prior billing period — see the Refunds section below.
4. Refunds — non-refundable once activated
Once a membership (paid subscription) is activated, all amounts paid are non-refundable.
This applies to monthly and annual plans alike, in full and on a pro-rated basis, for the entire billing term you have purchased.
- No partial-period refunds. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period ends, but the fee already charged is not refunded.
- Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a 20% discount and are non-refundable once activated, including any unused months.
- Why activation is the line. A paid plan unlocks immediate, metered access to paid third-party AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok) and incurs real, non-recoverable usage cost from the moment it is activated.
- Upgrades and downgrades. You can change plans anytime. Upgrades are charged on a pro-rated basis; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Plan changes do not create a refund.
- Termination for violations. Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms are not eligible for any refund.
5. Failed payments and renewals
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, we run a dunning process and retry; after repeated failures your account may be downgraded or suspended. Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new period has begun, so please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
6. Exceptions and your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law grants you a refund or cancellation right that cannot be excluded, that right prevails over this policy. We also reserve the right to issue a discretionary refund or service credit in genuine cases of duplicate charges or proven billing error.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — we aim to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly rather than through a payment dispute.
7. How payments are processed
Payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your full card details. Any approved refund or service credit is returned to the original payment method through Razorpay and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
