Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Citora(the "Service"), operated by Nukes AI & Software Solution("Company," "we," or "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Citora is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) analytics platform that tracks how often AI search engines cite, recommend, or mention B2B brands. The Service includes dashboard analytics, competitor intelligence, content recommendations, reporting, and API access (where applicable).

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for more than 12 months.

• Citora offers a Free ($0), Starter ($49/mo), Pro ($149/mo), Agency ($399/mo), and Scale ($999/mo) plan. Equivalent INR pricing is also available. All paid plans are charged from the first billing cycle; there is no free trial period.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Annual plans receive a 20% discount and are billed upfront for 12 months.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Prorated credits or charges apply.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated, including partial billing periods and prepaid annual plans, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Failed payments trigger a dunning process. After 3 failed attempts, your account may be downgraded or suspended.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, monitor, or interfere with AI engines outside ofCitora's intended functionality.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your account.
• Use the Service for illegal purposes, harassment, or to distribute malware.
• Exceed your plan's usage limits (prompts, brands, API calls) without upgrading.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without an Agency or Scale plan.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

• Your data: You retain ownership of your brand data, prompt lists, and reports. You can export or delete your data at any time.
• Our platform: We own all rights to the Citora platform, software, algorithms, and aggregated anonymized analytics.
• Aggregated data:We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our algorithms and publish industry benchmarks (e.g., "State of GEO" reports). No individual customer data is identifiable in these publications.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software provided by Citora are the intellectual property of Nukes AI & Software Solution. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.

• We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control. No specific uptime SLA is contractually guaranteed.
• AI engine availability (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok) is outside our control. We implement multi-provider failover but cannot guarantee third-party API uptime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nukes AI & Software Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nukes AI & Software Solution and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. We retain your data for 30 days (or as required by law) before permanent deletion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
